The William & Mary Confucius Institute is bringing more virtual lectures to the public! This talk is the first of two on Traditional Chinese Medicine given by Brigitte Fox, a licensed acupuncturist. Originating in Ancient China, acupuncture has long been used to optimize health and support healthy immune processes. As new illnesses emerge, this ancient method can help us to maintain health and be less vulnerable to new pathogens.
Brigitte Fox is licensed to practice Acupuncture by the Virginia Department of Health Professions and Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Brigitte graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 and currently owns a busy Acupuncture Clinic in Williamsburg, Virginia. In the last 15 years Brigitte has been specializing in the treatment of painful conditions,and has developed a special interest in the treatment of stealth pathogens such as spirochetes responsible for chronic Lyme-Disease.
