This virtual series for Students consists of four 60-minute sessions and teaches both formal and informal mindfulness.

These practices have been shown to be helpful in managing stress and anxiety, increasing focus, and enhancing your quality of life.
This class will give you the information and skills needed to begin your mindfulness practice.

Registration is a commitment to attend all four sessions: Tuesdays at 5-6 p.m. on March 26, April 2, 9, and 16
