Best Practices for Multimedia Development
Friday, November 8th from 10:45 am – 12:00 pm in Alan B. Miller Hall, Room 1019 & Zoom

Where in the course do my videos have the most impact? What types of media engage my students? How can I create videos of high quality that are more likely to be viewed by students?
In this 75-minute workshop, we will explore best practices for designing, planning, and recording effective multimedia for use in your course. Topics include where to record, what to wear, how much to record, and how videos should be utilized in your course for maximum impact.

Workshop Presenters:

  • Dr. Karen Conner, Director of Academic Innovation, Raymond A. Mason School of Business, William & Mary
  • Brook Corwin, Executive Director of Learning Design, Everspring
  • Dr. Lauren Primuth, Associate Director of Faculty Engagement, Everspring
