This presentation will illustrate why Fortune 500 companies, like The Procter & Gamble Company -- maker of brands like Tide detergent, Gillette products, and Crest -- rely so heavily on these skills in order to be successful in the highly competitive business world. These skills are critical to solving complex problems in such areas as product development, product claims, product quality, and consumer research.
