Persuasion is the ability to capture the audience, convince the wavering or undecided, and convert the opposition?and is key to being an ?effective? leader.
There now exists a substantial body of scientific research into how people can be moved to agree with a request. Professor Long?s webinar will cover some highlights from this body of work (including some of his own research), and offer suggestions and tools for how to be more persuasive in work and in life.
