SPEAKER BIO
(Founder and Principal, WisdomBuilds):
Dr. Rashida Dorsey is the Founder and Principal of WisdomBuilds, LLC.  WisdomBuilds is an Executive Consulting Firm specializing in Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Change Management and Meeting Facilitation. Dr. Dorsey has a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MPH from Saint Louis University. She also has an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

Dr. Dorsey has 14 years of experience working with federal data, with expertise across all aspects of the data lifecycle.  She is also an expert in minority health and health disparities.  Dr. Dorsey is a leader in demographic data collection standards, data coordination and data collection strategy, data policy, data development on racial and ethnic minorities and other vulnerable populations, minority health and health disparities - including developing, monitoring and evaluating strategic plans for racial/ethnic populations.
