Part 2: Discover Why VIMS is a Leader in Marine Science

The Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) is a global leader in marine research, education, and advisory services, with a focus on coastal and estuarine science.  VIMS is notably home to William & Mary’s School of Marine Science, which is one of the largest marine science graduate programs in the U.S.  VIMS provides students with an unparalleled education, the opportunity to perform ground breaking research, and training that prepares them to serve as leaders in their field.  During this session, VIMS faculty, staff, and students will help you understand why VIMS is the place for you – from the access to faculty, facilities, technology, professional network, and financial support, to student life and post-grad success.  Join us as we explore all that VIMS has to offer.  Make sure to bring your questions for our panelists and graduate admissions staff.

This program is designed for individuals interested in pursing a graduate degree in marine science. Registration is required.

Please plan to join us for the other two sessions in this series on November 12 and November 17 (Part 1 took place on October 28.) You must register for each session separately. Find additional sessions here.
