This ALL experiential workshop on Wednesdays 1pm-1:45pm, is an introduction to ways of combatting stress and anxiety by activating the body’s natural relaxation response. It is designed to allow participants to practice various types of relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training and guided imagery.
