In this 4 part mindful eating series, using mindfulness as the framework, we will inquire with kindness into our relationship with food and eating. We will discover tools to support being present with eating: identifying our 8 hungers, exploring our satiety and hunger scale, practicing the BASICS of mindful eating, and discovering what truly nourishes our being.
