The third and final program of the Braxton Institute's Tree of Life Black Faith Matters series. In this seminar, five Black spiritual leaders from different traditions will each offer a prayer for our time of dual pandemics followed by a teaching from Christianity, Sufism, Kemetic tradition, Buddhism or southern conjure. Seminar members participating remotely by Zoom are invited to reflect on the importance of prayer and ritual in their own tradition and to expand their capacity for inclusive appreciation of the diversity of Black Faith and the ways in which Black Faith Matters for sustainability, resilience and the emergence of new and life-giving paradigms.
