Spring Break Day
Mosaic brings together the best and brightest of the W&M Theatre and Dance department for an evening of song, dance, poetry and reflection.
As part of the Virtual Days in DC, the theme of the day is Social Equity. Angela McGowan is a Public Health and Health Equity expert who will start the day by sharing what Health Equity is and how she became interested in this important work.
Faculty will learn about trauma-informed teaching practices that include suggestions on how to draft a syllabus, provide advance notice to students regarding the subject to be discussed, and for facilitating class discussion.
