The film stars the "Half the Sky" book's author, Nicholas Kristof, and a handful of celebrities (including Olivia Wilde, Gabrielle Union, America Ferrera, etc.), who introduce us to women and girls who are living in some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable -- and fighting bravely to change them.
