Project Horseshoe Farm is a 501(c)(3) community health non-profit with sites in Alabama and California offering a gap year community health fellowship for recent post-grads interested in service, healthcare, education, and communities. Fellows support unique social and health needs of the community through local housing programs, mentoring local youth, and offering one-on-one coordination of care and social support. A current Community Health Fellow will highlight her experience, the program and application process. This session is virtual.
