February 8 - Healthy Eating 101
Magazine articles, ads, differing diet books and programs lead to confusing and conflicting messages about what constitutes healthy eating. In this session, you will get to learn from the Campus Dietitian, Julie Nance, what are and are not healthy food choices. Julie will present the basics of healthy eating by highlighting what is new and what the science tells us about good nutrition.

February 22 - Healthy Eating 102
In this session, you will learn how to put healthy choices into practice by using an online resource, called MyPlate, published by the USDA. Julie Nance, the Campus Dietitian, will walk you through the MyPlate and how to use it when eating at home and when eating out. Please join us, even if you did not attend Healthy Eating 101.

March 15 - Dietary Diversity
