Examine the effectiveness of your resilience qualities and explore ways to boost your resilience during challenging times
In recognition of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week join us for a virtual art therapy zoom session. We will express ourselves using your medium of choice as we are guided by Board Certified Art Therapist Sarah Balascio.
During Heal’s meeting, we will discuss this year’s NEDA Week theme, “Every Body Has a Seat At the Table”. We will talk about inclusion, representation, and how these factors can positively influence eating disorder recovery.
