Boo! We’re creaking our doors open on Friday, October 25th for some hauntingly fun yoga. Join us as we get rid of the frights with a very spooky Vinyasa flow. All werewolves, ghosts, monsters, and students in spirited attire are welcome.
This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of yoga poses and the relationship between breath and movement. Vinyasa flow focuses on linking traditional postures to the breath to build internal heat.
Take some time to relax before the upcoming week by joining us for sunset yoga in the Wren Courtyard.
