As we enter into a new year and a new semester, one of the most valuable gifts to our well-being includes intentionally pausing throughout our day. Taking purposeful pauses can be a simple way of shifting out of reactivity to clarity that helps guide our next actions. This interactive virtual workshop will provide simple supportive everyday strategies to realign and balance our inner world in the midst of whatever is front and center in our life.

This class is led by Martha Rouleau, a dedicated mindfulness meditation practitioner who is passionate about teaching mindfulness meditation to all populations. Martha has trained with international meditation teachers for over 16 years. Her status as a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Meditation teacher and 200-hour certified yoga teacher are the roots of her dedication to bring compassionate support through mindfulness skill development. She takes great pride in being an Adjunct Lecturer at William & Mary teaching Mindfulness Meditation and supporting young adults and university staff with finding clarity, focus, presence, and ease in their lives.
