Introduction to Mindfulness for Students, Virtual
This virtual class for Students consists of four 75-minute sessions and teaches both formal and informal mindfulness.
These practices have been shown to be helpful in managing stress and anxiety, improving memory, and enhancing your quality of life.
This class will give you the information and skills needed to begin your mindfulness practice.
Registration is a commitment to attend all four sessions: Feb 2, 9, 16, 23
