Col. Philip Gould, the Chief of the Global Health Branch at Air Combat Command, will give a guest lecture on Thursday, March 20, at 3 p.m. in the Reves Room. Col. Gould will likely address these diseases and their impact on security: Norovirus ("The General's Outbreak"), Measles in Arizona, Adenovirus 14, and Ebola virus in Uganda.
