Pulitzer Center journalist and William & Mary graduate, Jenna Krajeski, will be giving a talk on her recent work on the Kurdish minorities in Turkey and Iraq. She will discuss the piece and the years of lead-up to publishing, including finding the right publication and audience. Jenna's bio is below, along with the link to the newly published piece.

Jenna Krajeski is a William & Mary graduate and journalist based in Istanbul, Turkey, and a 2015-2016 University of Michigan Knight-Wallace fellow. She has received several grants from the Pulitzer Center including for her reporting most recently from Kurdistan. She has also focused on the Kurdish minorities in Turkey and Iraq. Her work has appeared online and in print in The New Yorker, Slate, The Atlantic, The Nation, The New Republic and elsewhere. Previously, Jenna lived in Cairo, Egypt, where she was an editor and reporter for the English language version of the Egyptian newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm (later Egypt Independent).
