The talk is by Professor Yuka Tsuchiya (Ehime University) entitled "Atoms as Soft Power: President Eisenhower's Atoms for Peace Campaign and Japan, 1953-1959," Thursday, January 31, 4 p.m. at James Blair Hall 229.
