via ZoomThis 3-part series will focus on identifying and practicing strategies to enhance, refine, or rework resilience factors so you can cope and thrive in challenging environments.
Objectives:
Participants will learn new ways to look at coping and resilience.
Participants will examine ways to assess their current resilience levels as well as simple strategies to improve coping effectiveness.
Participants will be encouraged to incorporate specific components of flourishing that comprise personal resilience.
Session 1: “What exactly is resilience & how do I build it?”
Session 2: Refining/reworking resilience strategies
