[PAST EVENT] The Road to Shameless: A Survivor's True Story from Rape to Healing
April 21, 2015
7pm - 9pm
As a survivor speaking from personal experience, Nancy brings an authentic voice to this difficult topic - one that the College addresses daily.
As an award-winning storyteller, she models how to talk honestly about sexual violence without shame or blame - by using compassion, humor and powerful narrative to motivate and inspire. Nancy always puts our audiences at ease by creating, as one audience member put it, "an experience of exhilarating liberation!"
In a college town of historical interpreters and ghost tours, Nancy's incredible story and her way of talking story will inspire and elevate.
