About the Author:
Stephanie is a French-American actress, author, and ambassador for the mental health advocacy nonprofit Give an Hour.
Stephanie never thought of becoming an actress; she left her native France to pursue her studies at William & Mary where she earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing and played on the women's golf team. Upon graduating college, she landed a job in marketing at Chanel in New York City that eventually led to a modeling career. A few years later, she dived into the world of acting and soon landed a role opposite Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada. Her most notable projects include the ABC hit series A Million Little Things, Iron Man 3, and Dinner for Schmucks. Despite her success, she dealt with impostor syndrome, which led her to develop her own 'Playbook' as a daily practice of mental fitness.
