Marginality by Design: An Asian American Perspective
By Dr. Chinua Akimaro Thelwell, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of History & Africana Studies

This presentation addresses a key concept in Asian American Studies: social marginalization.
Social marginalization is not a naturally occurring condition for Asian Americans. Instead, it is a by-product of past immigration laws and present day race discourse.
