[PAST EVENT] Yoga for Mind and Body
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected?
This group will promote relaxation while staying mindful and in the present moment. Participants will be guided through gentle yoga postures and spend the conclusion of the group in a restorative meditation. Events will be held: Tuesdays 9:30am-10:15am OR Tuesdays 3pm-3:45pm
