[PAST EVENT] Relaxation Sessions - 3 Part Series

This ALL experiential workshop is an introduction to ways of combating stress and anxiety by activating the body?s natural relaxation response. It is designed to allow participants to practice various types of relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, and guided imagery.
