PRESENTERS:
Janet Rodriguez: Janet has been a member of PwC's National Diversity Team since 2018, specifically focusing on the firm's efforts in Gender and LGBTQ Strategy. She works with the national diversity team to drive PwC's strategy of inclusiveness and belonging across campuses and throughout the workplace in all dimensions of diversity (Gender, LGBTQ, URM and HBCU Initiatives, Student Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities).
Ezra Solomon M.Acc. '18: Joined the firm in January 2019 in our Financial Markets practice and has been very passionate about getting involved within the firm as well as with our recruiting efforts at W&M. He is an active member of the Black Inclusion Network, one of PwC's many inclusion networks within the firm. Ezra has also taken the role as one of the Campus Diversity Champions for W&M, which means he helps drive our diversity efforts and strategy on campus. Essentially every campus where PwC actively recruits has a CDC to keep diversity and inclusion top of mind throughout the recruiting process.
Ezra is also a recent graduate of the Master's of Accounting Program.
