Cycle Around the World will help improve your indoor cycling technique, cardiovascular endurance, and confidence on the bike in this 4-week series! Over the course of 8 sessions, participants will log their miles as they progress through different distance challenges. Start from mile zero and watch how far you can go! All levels of cycling experience are welcomed.

All the Details:

  • This is a four week series so registration to this course is a COMMITMENT! 
  • This series will take place at the Briggs Amphitheatre Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-11:30am beginning April 6th.
  • Participants should pre-register for this series online. Participants can also register through the W&M Wellness app.
