This series will step into ways you can use western science and the yoga principles to enhance your sleep. Starting with practices to set your day up for success, practices to decompress at the end of your day and what to do if you wake up and can't fall back to sleep. All these will be presented through a Trauma Sensitive Lens with time for questions as well. No previous yoga experience is required.
