Combine the therapeutic benefits of yoga and art in this one-time virtual class offered through the MTWC. We will work from a theme and spend half of our time doing yoga and the other half creating reflective art. No art or yoga experience necessary just a willingness to experiment!

She offers students the opportunity to express themselves through the arts in a supportive mindful environment. All students are welcome to attend any of the creative arts groups and no experience is necessary just a willingness to experiment!
