This is a great opportunity to sharpen your poster design and content for the Graduate Research Symposium and other professional venues.

Instructor: Sarah Stafford, Public Policy Program Director

Standard formatting, eye appeal, parallel construction, and text-to-graphic ratios are all important considerations when designing a conference poster. This workshop will present strategies for creating effective academic posters, sure to catch your audience's attention. Sample posters, representing a variety of different fields, will be critiqued. Students are encouraged to bring their own academic posters to receive individualized, constructive feedback.

Workshop is free and open to all currently enrolled full-time A&S and VIMS Graduate students.
