Thursday Relaxation Sessions
Decrease stress, feel refreshed and recharged! Participants must commit to a 3-part relaxation series for full benefit of the experience. The sessions will include: Deep Breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Autogenic Training, and Guided Imagery. There are 6 spaces available per series. Each session is 30 minutes.
