[PAST EVENT] Virtual FitWell Series: Bodyweight Basics

This class will strengthen the five movements of everyday life: bend-and-lift, single-leg, upper body pushing, upper body pulling, and rotation. Whether walking up stairs, loading groceries, or opening doors, you are performing these activities (even if you don’t realize it)! Using little to no resistance, Bodyweight Basics will focus on strengthening your everyday movements. It is an excellent introduction to physical fitness, and will not only aid in day to day life, but will provide a superb foundation for continued exercise.

- This is a four week series so registration to this course is a COMMITMENT!
- This series will take place virtually on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm from April 6-27. You will receive the Zoom link once you register for the series.
- Participants should pre-register for this series online. Participants can also register through the W&M Wellness app.
