Experience the meditative quality of knitting. At each class, you can learn new techniques, bring a project to complete, and get loopy with your friends.

Everyone is welcome! Knitting experience isn't necessary to join!

Sarah Balascio is a registered board-certified art therapist with a M.A. in Education and in Art Therapy. She is an adjunct lecturer and facilitates groups at the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center. She creates opportunities for students to express themselves through art in a supportive and mindful environment where they connect with themselves and their W&M community. Creative Arts groups are welcoming to all students, no experience is necessary just a willingness to experiment!
