This 3-part workshop series (March 15th, 22nd and 29th) aims to help you build an understanding of the practice of self-compassion and how it can benefit your overall well-being. This workshop will help you to develop the skills to practice self-compassion in daily life, live deeply in your values, and build the resilience needed to thrive. This workshop includes psychoeducation about self-compassion, group discussion, and individual/group activities.
