[PAST EVENT] Fitwell Series: Intro Mindfulness (Virtual)
Learn scientifically-based skills designed to help you manage stress and anxiety, improve memory, and enhance the quality of your life. Introduction to Mindfulness provides you with a foundation of skills to practice mindfulness in your daily life. Build upon your skills in the intermediate level of Mindful Living. Lastly, deepen your practice and comprehension with our Facilitator Training. This virtual class, consisting of four 75 minute sessions teaches both formal and informal mindfulness. These practices have been shown to be helpful in managing stress and anxiety, improving memory and enhancing quality of life. This class will give you the information you need to begin having a mindfulness practice in your life. Registration is a commitment to attending all four sessions.
