1. Embed health into all aspects of campus culture, across the administration, operations, and academic mandates.

2. Lead health promotion action and collaboration locally and globally.

With its two "simplistic" calls to action, the Okanagan Charter  seeks to foster health-promoting universities around the world.

This casual conversation makes a space for participants from various parts of the community (students, staff, faculty, and alumnx)  to explore various notions of health and support from an all-university perspective, not just from the tradional offices and departments that people commonly reference, e.g., Accessability Services, Counseling Services, Health Promotion, Student Health Services, the WMPD, etc).

After reading the Charter, nine individuals from all walks of university life will come together to have an open and honest conversation about what a realization of the Okanagan Charter might look like in Williamsburg.

RSVP: If you would like to take the pledge below and contribute to this conversation from 3:30PM-5:30PM on 25 April 2018, please RSVP with your "yes" by clicking here

THE PARTICIPANTS' PLEDGE
