The William & Mary Confucius Institute is bringing more virtual lectures to the public! This talk is the second of two on Traditional Chinese Medicine given by Brigitte Fox, a licensed acupuncturist. In this lecture, attendees will learn how natural medicines and Chinese herbal medicine can be helpful in both prevention and treatment of viral illnesses as well as optimizing the immune systems readiness for flu-like illnesses.


Brigitte Fox is licensed to practice Acupuncture by the Virginia Department of Health Professions and Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Brigitte graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 and currently owns a busy Acupuncture Clinic in Williamsburg, Virginia. In the last 15 years Brigitte has been specializing in the treatment of painful conditions, and has developed a special interest in the treatment of stealth pathogens such as spirochetes responsible for chronic Lyme-Disease.
